Once your order is received, we generally ship the item within the 24hours and a confirmation email will be sent along with the tracking details. We have partnered with Delhivery and India Post to deliver the orders. All the orders should be delivered within 7-12 business days depending on the location even though the actual delivery depends on the postal services/courier services. There can be rare exceptions or delay due to unavoidable circumstances like natural calamities like floods or events such as strikes etc. which is beyond our control. Currently, through the website, you can only order products to be delivered in India. For international orders, please email or contact us and will be able to serve you depending on the country.


You can cancel an order before the shipment from our warehouse. Please call us at +91-7558030904 to cancel any order before the shipment. We will return the full amount for orders cancelled before the shipment.

Return Policy

  • At this point, we allow only Returns or exchanges only when there is an instance of an incorrect or defective product.
  • Incorrect or Defective Product – Please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to raise the issue. You need to send us the defective product pictures through email or Whatsapp. We will send you the return receipt through which you can courier us back the product. The returned product will go through our quality review before issuing any refund or exchange product. Refund issued can take up to 5-7 business days to credit it back to the account.   • Packaging Issues – In case you receive your ordered item in bad condition or tampered package, please don't accept the package and request you to return it to the delivery person. Please reach out to us immediately by email or WhatsApp and we will be able to help you.
  • Product details on the website are as accurate as possible and the images are not edited or enhanced for the website. Due to digital photography, lighting and various screen calibrations, the colours may vary slightly. Any refund or exchange on these grounds is not allowed.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete delivery address provided at the time of order can result in the packages back to us. We request you to provide all the information during the order and undeliverable packages are sent back to us. Any additional cost may be required to dispatch the package again and will need to be borne by the customer
