Do Ekatva ship all over India and is home delivery available?
We do ship all over India and have partnered with Delhivery for delivery. All our orders are home delivered by our shipment partner.
How long will it take for the order to delivery ?
The orders are home delivered in 2-10 days for domestic orders (within India) and international orders are delivered in 10-15 days from the time of shipping. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and there might be some unavoidable delays which are beyond our control. We ensure you be informed about any delays.
Do Ekatva ship Internationally and which countries does Ekatva ship to ?
Ekatva now ships to Australia, USA, UK, Canada, Malaysia, UAE,Qatar, Bahrain, Ireland, Singapore and New Zealand. For all these countries you can order directly from our website. The international orders are delivered in 10-15 days depending on the country.
What are the international shipping charges and is there any custom duties to paid?
Our international shipping charges start at Rs.1200 and is based on the total weight of the items. The shipping charges are calculated at the checkout and will be displayed on the checkout page after the address is provided. Please note that customs duties or taxes are not charged by us and need to be paid by customer during the delivery.
Do Ekatva offer Cash on Delivery in India ?
We do offer Cash on Delivery on selected pin codes in India. The cash on delivery option will be displayed as a payment option if your delivery pin code is eligible for cash on delivery.
Can I return, cancel or exchange an order ?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. For domestic orders(within India), we do accept return or exchange only if the product delivered is damaged. Do Ekatva provide customisation, stitching and tailoring services ?
We do provide services like customisation, stitching and tailoring at an extra cost. Please reach out to us by chat or email for stitching or tailoring services. The customised orders can't be returned or exchanged
What payment methods do Ekatva allow for online payment?
We support credit/debit card, internet banking, GPay, Paytm, UPI and other wallet services. For international orders, you can use all international credit cards to make the payment. Please reach out to us at email@example.com in case of any difficulty in making payment.
You can cancel an order before the shipment from our warehouse. Please call us at +91-7558030904 to cancel any order before the shipment. We will return the full amount for orders cancelled before the shipment.
- At this point, we allow only Returns or exchanges only when there is an instance of an incorrect or defective product.
- Incorrect or Defective Product – Please contact us within 1 day of receiving the product to raise the issue. You need to send us the defective product pictures through email or Whatsapp. We will send you the return receipt through which you can courier us back the product. The returned product will go through our quality review before issuing any refund or exchange product. Refund issued can take up to 5-7 business days to credit it back to the account. - Packaging Issues – In case you receive your ordered item in bad condition or tampered package, please don't accept the package and request you to return it to the delivery person. Please reach out to us immediately by email or WhatsApp and we will be able to help you.
- Product details on the website are as accurate as possible and the images are not edited or enhanced for the website. Due to digital photography, lighting and various screen calibrations, the colours may vary slightly. Any refund or exchange on these grounds is not allowed.
- Incorrect or Incomplete delivery address provided at the time of order can result in the packages back to us. We request you to provide all the information during the order and undeliverable packages are sent back to us. Any additional cost may be required to dispatch the package again and will need to be borne by the customer
